Lost dignity of the IT field....

Yes... Unfortunately its true....
and I am also in the same field....

I dont know but how can we loose something so important to make money...??

Client is like god for the IT companies.... but they are taken too much seriously sometime....
Most of the clients are from US..

So offices are used to follow the US calender...
so we cant have holidays on Indian festivals .... but we are forced to have holidays on their festivals.... just because their people are not working in those days...

And the icing on the cake is... US calender is not followed strictly....
No Five days week... at the most alternate Saturdays are off....

I have only one question.... Why....???
Why we are loosing our identities....
Why cant we force them to respect our values...??
If we can have holidays on Christmas....
Why cant we have a mini vacation on navratri..???

There is something missing at our side.... and its called will power...
after better relations and if our services are best.... they will surely follow our calender...

Lets see who does this first....!!!!

Well one of the way is blogging....
(What i am doing right now.... ;-)....)
but how much time you can kill this way??
it have a limit....

1) Have 5 round run of your office premises...
2) Go to each desks and salute the person....
3) Print too many copies... (not a good one...)
4) Ping people randomly .... and talk without any point...
