The people having electric vehicle thoughts that they are saving money and environment both...
As advertised by the companies...
Well.. they are not totally wrong...
but not true as well...
When people charge their batteries for their vehicles... they are using the electrical power...
Now to full fill the requirement for this power ... Power plants need to increase in capacity...
Atomic , hydro or any non polluting power plant cannot increase its capacity dynamically when needed...
So ultimately... more charcoal is burnt at power plants to withstand this hike of power usage...
which pollutes the environment at last....
So we need to reduce our power consumption if we really need to save environment....
So people out there....
Be natural ... use less power and stay healthy....
try to enjoy nature in its purest form...
For IT people......
Please turn off the computer when you leave office.... :-)

Ahmmm.. !! I dont know much but I think finally the extent of pollution in the case of electrical vehicles seems to be less comparing them with the petrol vehicles.. May be .. I dont know exactly.. :)
Even i dont know the exact figures but somewhere it is not the profitable coz we have to manage the battery wastes also in this case.... :-)..
